Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions
- You must present your card to a member of staff before participating in any discounted activity, and failure to do so will result in being charged the full standard price.
- Child Members for the purpose of a family card is anyone aged under 17 at the date of joining.
- All people named on a Family Loyalty Card must reside at the same address.
- Loyalty Cards are not transferrable and must only be used by the registered card holder
- Gro For You reserves the right to refuse any loyalty card application at their discretion
- If you lose your card a small admin fee will apply for a replacement
- This is an annual membership of the Loyalty Card scheme and will expire 12 months from the date of card activation
- Refunds are not issued for non-use of your card
